Our Online Facilities
Data capture is a key pillar of our service offering. Good data capture supports analysis of damages and identification of the activity necessary to reduce cost and improve the reliability of vehicle supply.
For that reason we have developed two secure online portals for our clients to access the data we collect on their behalf, which can be used to improve pro-active operational management and strategic planning.
We also offer the capability to extract the data and carry out some standard data analysis, or feed in-house data warehouses.
Sevatas Data (Claims)
Our multi-lingual online claims portal, currently available in 10 languages, provides clients with instant access to secure data for reporting and analysis purposes. The site also allows our clients' consignees (such as dealerships) to submit their claims directly and track the progress of their claims online.

Sevatas Data (Inspection and Quality Audits)
Our online inspection and quality audits data portal provides real-time visibility of vehicle condition information and instant access to extractable data for pro-active management of vehicle inventory or reporting and analysis. Please note this portal is only available in English.
