ECG is the Association of European Vehicle Logistics based in Brussels.
Through the Quality Standards Working Group, which consists of European-based manufacturers, logistics service providers and inspection companies, an Operations Quality Manual has been developed to provide guidelines to promote improved efficiency, the avoidance of damage to vehicles in transit and safer working practices for staff.
The manual is endorsed by a number of leading European manufacturers as the minimum standard, subject to brand-specific additional requirements and local legal restrictions.
